First Choice Fire Protection, Inc. was established as an automatic fire protection corporation in 2011 by German Escalante. When First Choice Fire Protection began, the primary focus was collaborating with Subcontractors on the installation of fire protection systems in commercial buildings. Since our onset, our experienced work crew has grown and our team has expanded to include NICET-Certified Designers, Project Managers, and administrative staff, which allows us to work with General Contractors, Developers, and Property Managers/Owners for the design and installation of wet, dry, and pre-action sprinkler systems in commercial buildings located in Maryland, Virginia, and The District of Columbia.

With our full-service fire protection company, we offer a “one stop shopping” opportunity for our customers.
